Apra Australia is a chapter of Apra International, the premier organisation for fundraisers who specialise in prospect research, analytics and relationship management. Apra is committed to providing cutting-edge educational and networking opportunities to its members and the greater fundraising community, establishing and promoting high professional standards and ethical guidelines, and providing advocacy and a representative voice for the profession.

As fundraising grows in importance for charitable causes in Australia, so does the significance of involved individuals utilising analytical skills, data-driven insights and collaborative relationships.

The Apra Australia Chapter was established at the beginning of 2017, by a dedicated group of volunteers. It is the first Chapter to be established outside of North America. Apra Australia enables the formal creation of a robust network of colleagues for the sharing of information, resources and skills to advance their own professionalisation and missions of their institutions.
